Anda Automation Showcases at Build Better Summit 2026: Powering AI Manufacturing with Intelligent Equipment

On October 7, Anda Automation attended Build Better Summit 2026 in Alameda, California, USA, engaging in in-depth exchanges with global electronics manufacturers on the new manufacturing demands of the AI era. During the summit, we received more than 40 visiting customer groups from fields including server manufacturing, AI computing hardware, drones, and optical component testing.
本届峰会由 Instrumental 主办，在大黄蜂号海空航天博物馆举行，共有 300 余位注册参会者，其中半数为副总裁及 C 级管理层，包括电子制造企业高管、硬件工程师、运营与质量负责人，以及 AI 基础设施领域的专业人士。与会者围绕 AI 赋能制造、生产提效、AI 硬件测试、智能穿戴、循环制造等议题展开讨论。
Hosted by Instrumental, this year's summit was held at the USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum and drew over 300 registered attendees, half of whom were vice presidents and C-level executives. Attendees included senior executives of electronics manufacturers, hardware engineers, operations and quality leaders, and professionals in AI infrastructure. Participants discussed topics such as AI-enabled manufacturing, production efficiency improvement, AI hardware testing, smart wearables, and circular manufacturing.

The platform delivers a one-stop solution for automated assembly and full-line testing, supporting rapid changeover, space savings on the production line, and ease of operation. It meets the needs of high-mix, low-volume flexible production while also enabling rapid line replication to support mass production at scale. The platform can connect to the MES system to collect and trace production data in real time, laying a solid data foundation for factories to use AI for analysis and decision-making.

Fluid Control Equipment: Micron-Level Precision Processes
产品包括精密涂覆机、高速点胶机和等离子清洗设备，满足电子元器件及半导体封装中的点胶、等离子表面活化等工艺需求，同时覆盖电子元器件的涂覆工艺需求。对服务器主板、AI加速模块这类高密度电子组件来说，涂覆和点胶是否一致，直接影响产品的长期可靠性。
The product lineup includes precision coating machines, high-speed dispensing machines, and plasma cleaning equipment,meeting process requirements such as dispensing and plasma surface activation in electronic component and semiconductor packaging, while covering coating process requirements for electronic components.For high-density electronic components such as server mainboards and AI accelerator modules,consistency in coating and dispensing directly affects long-term product reliability.
AOI 视觉检测设备：自动化硬件与 AI 软件协同
AOI Vision Inspection Equipment: Automation Hardware Working in Concert with AI Software
设备可自动拆开连接器外壳并完成视觉检测。视觉软件方面，设备搭载本次峰会主办方 Instrumental 的 AI 视觉检测软件：安达智能的自动化硬件负责拆盖、定位与取像，Instrumental 的 AI 算法负责缺陷识别与数据分析，软硬协同，让质量检验更稳定、更高效。设备也可搭载安达智能自研的视觉检测软件，客户可根据检测需求灵活选择。
The equipment can automatically open the connector housing and complete vision inspection. On the vision software side, it is equipped with the AI vision inspection software of Instrumental, the host of this summit: Anda Automation's automation hardware handles cover removal, positioning, and image capture, while Instrumental's AI algorithms handle defect recognition and data analysis. With software and hardware working in concert, quality inspection becomes more stable and efficient. The equipment can also be equipped with Anda Automation's self-developed vision inspection software, giving customers flexible options based on their inspection needs.

During the event, many overseas customers and industry partners came to consult and exchange ideas. Through one-on-one discussions on real business pain points — such as accelerating production line ramp-up, deploying AI in factories, testing complex hardware, and refurbishing and reusing hardware — we explained product capabilities, technical specifications, and real-world application results with reference to actual project cases, deeply explored customers' genuine needs, and exchanged views on technical fit, sample testing, and potential follow-up cooperation.Summit Observations: AI Is Reshaping Every Link of Manufacturing通过本次峰会，我们看到全球电子制造业有三个明显的趋势：AI 正在深度参与工厂的决策和生产执行；在追求快速提效的同时，行业对硬件测试可靠性的要求越来越高；循环和可持续制造也逐渐从理念走向落地。更高的良率和更少的返工报废，正是精密装备能为此做出的贡献。
Through this summit, we identified three clear trends in the global electronics manufacturing industry: AI is becoming deeply involved in factory decision-making and production execution; while pursuing rapid efficiency gains, the industry is placing increasingly high demands on hardware testing reliability; and circular and sustainable manufacturing is gradually moving from concept to implementation. Higher yields and less rework and scrap are exactly the contributions that precision equipment can make to this effort.
